Peacekeeping officers received graduation diplomas
CHISINAU, March 18, 2015 – Commander (rector) of the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” colonel Mihail Bucliş, handed a group of military graduation diplomas of the “Training course of the National Army officers” that will perform military service in the Security Zone of Moldova, during a ceremony held at the Ministry of Defence.
Colonel Mihail Bucliş congratulated the graduates and stated that the training of officers of the National Army along with police officers as military observers and staff officers for Peacekeeping Joint Forces Command is of great importance nowadays.
Colonel Sergiu Guţu, Minister of Defence counsellor and member of the Joint Control Commission attended the event.
According to the chief of Continuous Training Center, major Viorel Sîrghi, the course brought together 14 National Army officers and 5 representatives of the Ministry of Interior, who were trained by representatives of the Ministry of Defence, National Army Main Staff, Military Academy”Alexandru cel Bun “, Joint Control Commission, Ministry of Interior, OSCE Mission and the Institute for Public Policy.
The mentioned activity took place on March 2 – 18, 2015 within the Military Academy Continuous Training Center.
Since 2003, the Continuous Training Centerof the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” has trained 260 officers intended for military service in the security zone.
