Student admitted to “West Point”
CHIŞINĂU, June 23, 2017 – Student Apostol Cătălin, enrolled in the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” and detached to the West Point Academy, New York, today submitted the Military Oath of Faith to the Republic of Moldova.
The ceremony was held at the Military Academy in the presence of colonel Gheorghe Ţurcanu, acting commandant (rector) of the institution.
It is to be mentioned that Military Academy annualy sends students to study abroad aiming at the improvement and training of military personnel for the National Army of the Republic of Moldova. The studies last four years, and upon return the student will be employed.
