Swedish Experience for modernization of the Continuous training center
CHISINAU, December 4th , 2014 – An advisory assistance visit, offerd by Lieutenant Commander Marcus Mohlin, Head of strategic training section of the National Defence College of Sweden was held , from December 1st to 4th , within the Continuous training center of Armed Forces Military Academy „Alexandru cel Bun”.
According to the chief of Continuous training center ,major Ion Ţînevschi, the working visit aimed at supporting the implementation of development objectives of the Centre and focused on training aspects and individual education.
The same source stated that, during that period, Lieutenant Commander Marcus Mohlin, shared his own experience, along with practices and essential methods for development of courses, with Center representatives, he also brought up the subject dealing with courses and center accreditation.
Also, Lieutenant Commander Marcus Mohlin met with the commander (rector) of the Military Academy, colonel Mihail Bucliş, and he emphasized the algorithm of implementing the Swedish experience, in order for the National Army training system to meet the requirements of the international training standards.
