Moldovan militaries instructed by the NATO experts and BILC

From the 28th of January till the  30th of January, 2014, during a festive ceremony, were handed out graduation certificates, to English language instructors, participants in the workshop “Tailored seminar for teachers” organized at the Linguistic Centre of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces “Alexandru cel Bun”.

The Commander (rector) of the Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” colonel Mihail Buclis, thanked the BILC experts (International Cooperation linguistics Bureau) for given assistance to English instructors.

The head of linguistic programs within the Marshall Center, Germany, Garmish, Mrs. Peggy GARZA and Mrs. Dubravka ZUPANEC, on this occasion, the head of Linguistic Training Department, Slovenia, BILC experts (International Cooperation linguistics Bureau) congratulated the instructors and teachers of English.

The aim of the workshop was the development of language skills: speaking and writing by implementing new teaching methods and techniques, advantages and disadvantages of working in groups as well as exchange of teachers’ experience.

At the same time, the commander (rector) of the Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” colonel Mihail Buclis, met with NATO experts, Dr. Craig Bullis and  Dr. Marybeth Ulrich from the U.S. War College, who provided assistance in the framework of the academy staff in developing lessons and revising curricula in Leadership and Civil-Military Relations subjects.

The visit of foreign experts aims at acquiring Western experience offered to Moldovan militaries by BILC and NATO experts.
