The graduates of the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” received the bachelor’s degrees
CHIŞINĂU, June 24, 2017 – Graduate Promotion – 2017 of the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” received the bachelor’s degree and the primary military degree of the lieutenant officers body, during a ceremony held in the Square of the Metropolitan Cathedral “Naşterea Domnului. ”
The graduation ceremony was attended by: Deputy Minister of Defence, Mr. Gheorghe Galbura, Chief of national Army General Staff, Commander of the National Army, Brigadier General Igor Cutie, representatives of the Ministry of Defence, ambassadors, military attache personnel accredited in the Republic of Moldova, relatives and friends of the graduates.
Deputy Minister of Defence pointed out “I want, first of all to congratulate the graduates of the academy and to tell them Welcome to the military units of the National Army. I’ve been waiting for you for four years, ladies and gentlemen! Four years, in which we have invested in your hope, we have provided you with quality training and have provided you with all the best military school – professors dedicated to the profession. I know that you have made the effort, have studied and properly trained for the military career. Today, another step begins for you – you are part of the army officers’ body, an elite body in which the devotion, honor, and love of the Homeland are the order of the day. ”
According to the acting commandant of the Armed Forces Military Academy, colonel Gheorghe Ţurcanu, the 58 graduates have studied within the institution for four years, three specialties: infantry, artillery and signal. Upon graduation, the young people received their Bachelor’s degree, specializing in military and public administration.
During the ceremony, the best graduates of the 2017 promotion received the “Eminent Military” badge: the artillery specialty – Alexei Hemei, the signal specialty – Dorin Petruşca, the infantry specialty – Maria Golban.
It is worth mentioning that up to now, more than 1 741 officers have graduated the Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun”.
