The Military Academy was ranked 2nd at the National Army Championship at the mini football
CHIŞINĂU, September 15, 2017 – The Armed Forces Military Academy “Alexandru cel Bun” team participated in the mini football National Army Championship, organized between 11-15 September 2017.
The victory ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Defence Gheorghe Galbura, Head of J7 Directorate of Training and Doctrine, colonel Octavian Varzari, and lieutenant-colonel Vasile Olednic, who handed the diplomas and medals to the winners of the competition.
According to lieutenant-colonel Emil Guţu, Deputy Chief of the Military Art Department, 13 teams participated in the competition. The Military Academy team came out in the final with the 3 Motorized Infantry Brigade team.
As a result of the matches played, the score was 3 : 2 in favor of the 3 Motorized Infantry Brigade. Thus, the Armed Forces Military Academy ranked second with the silver medal.
